For today, because I have so much to get done before the fundraiser in the morning, I will not take the meds prescribed for me, but instead take Advil regularly throughout the day. Advil just seems to do more for the pain than my prescriptions do. I will see how it goes.
I am excited about the fundraiser tomorrow. I am asking that you all join me in prayer for God's favor and blessing over this event. I am hoping for a big turnout! I know my sister could really use the funds.
As you know, Monday cannot get here soon enough. I feel as I am living everyday prior to Monday with a black cloud over my head. Again, I emphatically state I am sure all is fine, but the not knowing is what messes with your mind. They are only doing the test for precautionary reasons; otherwise it would not be done. They did not find any lump or any reason to send me. I just have been having some issues which concerned them a little bit because of my sister's recent bout with breast cancer. Please continue to lift me up in prayer, but we all know how awesome our God already is!
Ok, I have to get my son up shortly. He has a field trip and has to be at school at 6:40. I am going to start my day by getting my hair done, then off I go to get food and items for tomorrow. Trying to figure out how much food and drinks to purchase is the biggest challenge to all of this. I would rather under buy than over buy. If I run out, we can always run to Food Lion and pick up more. Food Lion is conveniently about a mile or less from the hall. I see God's favor on us already ... smile:)!
Hope to see you at the fundraiser tomorrow. Come on out and enjoy the music, the fun, and a chance to win a free door prize! See you there!
