Then to make matters worse I had a very difficult conversation with a loved one that did not end well. It is so hard to protect people we care about at times. This individual asked me to do something I knew I could not do. It was not that I did not want to do it. It was not that I had anything against anyone involved in the favor. It was simply that I knew it would not end well so I refused to do it in order to protect the one that asked. But, I have learned that until people learn to respect others ... until they learn to listen more than they talk ... until they learn that we do not always know it all, then when you refuse to do as they ask, you automatically become the bad guy. This person has a lot of maturing to do in life, and this alone breaks my heart. I thought they had matured more than they have. It was a difficult realization to come to.
Today is a new day though. God is awesome ... prayers are powerful. The person I spoke about above could mature today ... or begin on that journey. God could reach down and minister to them in a mighty way today! I walk in faith ... I live with hope ... I believe in prayer! I serve a God of miracles and today could be that day!
I hope you get your miracle today to!
